ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2 days of your order being received, Monday through Saturday. The Processing time (of 2 days or less) are in addition to the shipper's (USPS, UPS, etc) shipping times and shipping service you select at checkout.

MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx). A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you in the event that a package is delayed or lost.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is applied to orders of $100 shipping to a single destination. If multiple items are ordered and qualify for free shipping and multiple destinations are desired, a shipping charge for the additional destinations will incur.
